Ok so as far as tanking goes, as written the rules/settings currently encourage trying to lose unless you are a top team with a legit chance of winning a title. My fault. I should have been a lot harsher on you guys since the beginning.
In order to keep a competitive balance and keep the league fun and more importantly fair, we implemented a minimum of 20 active players on MLB rosters rule. Better than last year? Yes. What we are going for? Not close. Sad that we even had to make a rule like this? Absolutely.
So starting next year and there will be no vote, you will have to have a minimum of 23 active players on your MLB roster at all times. If 4 guys get injured in the same day, too bad. Make some moves. If you get under 23 active players and your roster stays under for 7 days you lose your 1st round pick. Day 8 hits and you are booted.
Harsh? It may seem that way but a good active owner would never let it get to that point. The settings in this league are honestly the easiest I've ever seen in a salary league to field an active roster, which was by design but may have actually backfired on me lol.
Actually field a team guys, it's not that hard. If it's too much for you just let me know so I can replace you. I spend way too much time on this league to put up with it any longer. /End Rant
